Terms and Conditions

1. Quote Validity:

The validity of this quote shall expire seven days from the date of issuance. Any request for an extension must be submitted to the company for approval, and any granted extension may result in adjusted pricing based on the prevailing market rate of goods and materials. In the event that the client does not initiate the project within a timeframe of seven to twenty days from the date of initial booking for any reason that is attributable to the client, the booking amount paid shall be considered non-refundable. The Renovation Managers will not be obligated to refund any portion of the booking amount under such circumstances, and the client shall forfeit any claims for a refund.

2. Payment Terms and Schedule

    1. For Projects Under ₹5,00,000
  • An initial booking amount of ₹5,000 or 10% of the project value (whichever is higher) is required at the time of booking.
  • 50% of the total project cost is due after the quotation and design approval.
  • The remaining balance will be paid progressively as the work progresses, following a schedule mutually agreed upon.
    2. For Projects Above ₹5,00,000
  • An initial booking amount of ₹50,000 plus applicable GST is required at the time of booking.
  • 50% of the total project cost is due after the quotation and design approval.
  • The remaining 50% of the balance will be paid in instalments based on work progress, aligned with the agreed project milestones.

3. In the event that the project is terminated prior to completion the client shall be obligated to pay the Renovation Manager the full supervision fee calculated at 9-15% of the total project cost. Furthermore, the client shall be responsible for settling all payments owed to vendors in proportion to the work completed up to the date of cancellation in the middle of the project.

4. The Renovation Manager shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform their obligations under this agreement due to unforeseen events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of God, government actions, labour disputes, supply chain disruptions, or any other events that could not have been reasonably anticipated or avoided. In such cases, Renovation Managers shall promptly notify the Client in writing of the nature and expected impact of the unforeseen event. They may be entitled to an extension of time or adjustment of the project timeline as necessary to address the circumstances.

5. For Extended Project Durations

  • For projects exceeding a duration of 90 days, the balance amount will be divided into 15-day instalments.
  • For projects with a duration not exceeding 90 days, payments shall be made by the client on a progressive basis, corresponding to the completion of work milestones and as and when materials and labour are procured or required for the execution of the project. The Client agrees to make payments promptly upon payment requests in accordance with the agreed schedule or project requirements

6. General Conditions

  • All payments will be subject to applicable GST.
  • Payment milestones will be clearly defined in the project schedule.
  • Upon execution of this contract, the Customer shall pay the specified Booking Amount to the Company.
  • Payment shall be made via Cheque or Bank Transfer. The Booking Amount constitutes payment for preliminary services provided by the Company prior to the Commencement of the Project. It is a strictly non-refundable policy and shall be at the sole discretion of the Renovation Managers.

7. In the event of non-payment of any scheduled instalment as per the agreed timeline, the Renovation Managers reserves the right to suspend all work on the project until the payment is received in full. Any resulting delays shall lead to a corresponding adjustment in the project timeline and completion date, for which the contractor shall not be held liable.

8. In the event that renovation work is suspended, whether, by mutual agreement of the parties involved or due to circumstances outside their control, the Renovation Manager is obligated to implement necessary measures to secure, protect, and preserve the partially completed work to prevent any damage, deterioration, or unauthorized access. The Client shall grant the Renovation Manager reasonable access to the premises for the execution of such protective measures. Furthermore, the Renovation Manager shall prepare and submit a comprehensive report detailing the status of the partially completed work, the materials and equipment located on-site, and any recommended preservation actions. Costs incurred in securing and maintaining the partially completed work during the period of suspension shall be allocated in accordance with the terms agreed upon by the parties; in the absence of such an agreement, the responsibility for these costs shall default to the Client. The resumption of work shall be contingent upon an assessment of the condition of the partially completed work and a mutual agreement on any requisite modifications to the project, including adjustments to the scope, timeline, or budget.

9. The Renovation Manager Company reserves the right to suspend work on the project for a period not exceeding __________ days in the aggregate, due to circumstances including but not limited to public holidays, long weekends, festivals, or the unavailability of labor or materials essential for the project. In such instances, the Company shall provide the Client with prior written notice specifying the reason for the suspension, the anticipated duration of the delay, and any foreseeable impact on the project timeline. The Company shall make all reasonable efforts to resume work promptly upon resolution of the cause of the suspension and shall keep the Client duly informed throughout the suspension period.

10. Refunds and Modifications: Refunds or modifications shall be permitted only if requested within 15 days from the date of the issued quotation or estimate. All decisions regarding such requests shall be at the sole discretion of the Renovation Manager.

11. The Customer shall promptly provide the company with all necessary information for processing the booking, including but not limited to the Customer's complete residential address, contact numbers and any required approvals via email as requested by the Company.

12. Design Work Commencement: Design work shall commence only upon the receipt of the full booking amount or a specified percentage thereof, as determined by the company based on the nature and value of the project.

13. If any provision of the terms mentioned above is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected and unimpaired.

14. The execution dates may be subject to change due to unscheduled public holidays, the availability of materials, labor or other unforeseen circumstances.
